"Selection always works both ways". This is why our process is divided in various phases that allow both the employer and the candidate to gradually get to know each other.

Human Lab is a member of ASSORES, the Italian Association of Human Resources Research and Selection professionals. We abide by their Code of Professional Ethics and the Charter of Candidates' Rights. Our consultants are also members of ACP (The International Association of Career Professionals) and adopt its Code of Conduct.

    "Together, anywhere" - We can recruit candidates in Italy or internationally. In either case, every phase of the process is carried out by our own consultants.

    "Maximum visibility" - For each Recruitment and Communication Plan, Human Lab holds a broad range of solutions: "off line" channels (daily press or magazines), "on line" channels (Internet), the Human Lab Network (Masters Degree Alumni, Associations, etc.), Data Base searches and direct-search projects. Human Lab has its own design staff. The style of our job adverts will be tailored to each specific need: elegant and traditional ("Classic"), creative and intriguing ("Image"), essential and engaging ("Stamp").

    "Confidentiality Guaranteed" -If you want to run the selection directly and keep your company name confidential at the same time, our service will be limited to designing and running your advertisement on your behalf.

    In the event you already have a list of potential candidates, we will contact them with tactfulness and style, while maintaining the identity of our Client confidential.

    "Outsourcing" - Human Lab complements its range of services by offering CV collection, organization of customer-specific Data Bases and pre-screening .
         

     We assess

     
    Those candidates who successfully pass the first interview with our Client are subsequently invited to undergo a phase of individual assessment. Here we employ counselling methodologies and our own QCP® (Professional Competencies Questionnaire), Emotional Grid ® and Personal Values Map®. These are all professional tools we developed jointly with the University of Pavia.

    The assessment minimizes the risk factor by providing key quantitative/qualitative indicators on significant professional traits and competencies : decision-making, relational style, communication abilities,stress and emotion management.
